Tottori prefecture
This sake is named for a lovely flowering plant that is a symbol for the town where the brewery is located. Aged for two years after brewing, this sake’s rich umami spreads throughout a soft mouthfeel, in the same way the depth of the night sky is blessed with the soft glow of stars. For the best result, serve warm to bring out an apple pie sweetness.

Delicious sake. We tried this in a warmer at a variety of temperatures, and as the bottle got warmer, the flavors changed, but all were quite wonderfall. Not harsh or difficult to drink warm. Wonderful experience!
Delicious sweet sake. I bought it for warming. I tried this at room temperature, slightly warmed/warm and hot. At room temperature, it was extremely sweet and had strong notes of honey - which I personally did not like. Warmed, it retained the honey flavor and has a nutty finish, and then hot at first there were notes of honey but it tasted very bitter. I will get this again, as I overall enjoyed it. Perfect for warming up.
A fantastic change of pace from typical sake. Rich with sweet notes while remaining a dry sake. It went well with meat (both dumplings and a somewhat spicy Yunnanese pork sauce we make regularly), I found it excellent chilled, warm, and at room temperature.
Really feel like I got a bad bottle, reading these other reviews. Strong taste of rubber.
Bought this sake exclusively to warm up and was not disappointed! The flavor was sweet and reminded me of a cup of black tea with honey, which is great! This is a great sake to drink on cool nights!
Perfect flavor combination
Really complex flavor and bouquet that changes drastically with heating. It has a nice balance of sweet notes like caramel and more savory or nutty notes, almost like walnut. Served hot, I even got hits of cocoa. One of the best hot sakes I've ever tried.
Amazing sake with several layers of complex floral and honey notes, strong savory hints while not too sweet or delicate. Definitely a sake to both just sip and daydream or save for special occasions. Will be adding more bottles to my collection immediately.
Great sake. I tried is both room temperature and warm. I really enjoyed the warm. It is a koshu so it is aged and that aging did work wonders
Delicious mix of sweet and savoury. You'll love it!
