A play on umami, sweetness and acidity

This sake’s name is derived from the brewery’s slogan “Wajo Ryoshu” (和醸良酒), which basically means that human harmony brews good sake! Hopefully, drinking this sake with friends will produce a harmonious bond! The nose has white flowers with some nuttiness coming from the umami. This supports the flavor of caramel corn sweetness and dried apricot that spreads over your palate and is superbly balanced with nuanced acidity.

Crackers are excellent to balance the lightness and simplicity of junmai ginjo sake. For sake ware, we recommend glasses or cups that enhance the sake’s fruity aroma.
