Indulge in a kaiseki lunch with sake pairing at Sakabayashi, a traditional Japanese restaurant in Kobe Shushinkan, the brewery where Fukuju brand sake is produced.


Tour Kikumasamune Brewing Company and Kikumasamune Taru Sake Meister Factory, where the centuries-old tradition of handcrafting wooden sake vats is still practiced. Savor the distinct cedar taste and aroma of sake made with this time-honored method.


Visit Nadagogo Sakedokoro for special Nada sake tastings with local food.


Transfer back to JR Shin-Kobe Station to conclude the tour in the later evening.

  • Please let us know if you have any food restrictions prior to booking. We will do our best to accommodate, however sincerely apologize for any food restrictions that cannot be accommodated due to limitations of our hosting regions.

  • Please do not eat fermented foods the day before or the day of the tour, such as yogurt, natto (fermented soybeans) and kimchi.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented products.

  • It’s recommended that you wear shoes that are easy to take on and off.

  • Tippsy reserves the right to take videos and photographs during the tour and to use them for promotional purposes. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

  • The itinerary is subject to change.

Cancellation and payment policy

  • The tour price includes a $50.00 USD non-refundable deposit (administrative fee) per person.

  • Cancellations at least 91 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus the $50.00 USD per person administrative fee.

  • Cancellations 0 to 90 days prior to departure will be subject to 100% charge of the tour price.

  • Payment of the full sum must be made at the time of purchase.
