Indulge in a private tour, tasting, and kaiseki lunch with sake pairing at Sakabayashi, a traditional Japanese restaurant in Kobe Shushinkan, the brewery where Fukuju brand sake is produced.


Tour Kikumasamune Brewing Company and Kikumasamune Taru Sake Meister Factory, where the centuries-old tradition of handcrafting wooden sake vats is still practiced. Savor the distinct cedar taste and aroma of sake made with this time-honored method in a tasting afterwards.


Visit Nadagogo Sakedokoro for special Nada sake tastings and special food pairing.

  • We will do our best to accommodate food restrictions, however sincerely apologize for any inconvenience food restrictions that cannot be accommodated due to limitations of our hosting regions.

  • Please do not eat fermented foods the day before or the day of the tour, such as yogurt, natto (fermented soybeans) and kimchi.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented products.

  • It’s recommended that you wear shoes that are easy to take on and off.

  • Tippsy reserves the right to take videos and photographs during the tour and to use them for promotional purposes. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

  • The itinerary can be catered to your party size and desired content as much as possible.

Cancellation and payment policy

  • Pricing is subject to change according to tour content.

  • The tour price includes a $50.00 USD non-refundable deposit (administrative fee) per person.

  • Cancellations at least 91 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus the $50.00 USD per person administrative fee.

  • Cancellations 0 to 90 days prior to departure will be subject to 100% charge of the tour price.

  • Payment of the full sum must be made at the time of purchase.
