Day 2

Discover the rich cultural heritage of Zuiryuji Temple.

Explore the historic Kanaya-machi merchant district, with its traditional Japanese townhouses and shops reminiscent of a bygone era, followed by a Japanese course lunch in the heart of Kanaya-machi.

Enjoy a hands-on experience crafting sake vessels at Nousaku.

Visit a few places in Higashi-Iwase district to enjoy locally sourced sake.

We will do our best to accommodate food restrictions, however sincerely apologize for any inconvenience food restrictions that cannot be accommodated due to limitations of our hosting regions.

Please do not eat fermented foods the day before or the day of the tour, such as yogurt, natto (fermented soybeans) and kimchi.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented products.
It’s recommended that you wear shoes that are easy to take on and off.
Tippsy reserves the right to take videos and photographs during the tour and to use them for promotional purposes. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Cancellation and payment policy

Pricing is subject to change according to tour content.
The tour price includes a $200.00 USD non-refundable deposit (administrative fee) per person.
Cancellations at least 91 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus the $200.00 USD per person administrative fee.
Cancellations 0 to 90 days prior to departure will be subject to 100% charge of the tour price.
Payment of the full sum must be made at the time of purchase.
