With their years of experience and keen senses, they combined sake with different rice polishing ratios, joining the positive aspects of each base sake into something new. “Konishi” Junmai 12’s well-balanced composition delivers a wonderfully savory flavor with nutty notes that end in a bright, fresh finish.
