Toyama prefecture
Brewed with crystalline underground water from the Shogawa River system, one of the five major rivers in Toyama Prefecture. In combination with the 59% rice polishing rate, this sake embodies elegance delivered with a light body. The mild melon aroma and crisp, dry flavor is best served chilled or at room temperature and pair wonderfully with shabu-shabu or grilled fish dishes, but feel free to experiment.

Try some authentic Japanese drinking snacks to pair with a clean honjozo sake. For sake ware, we recommend a non-pretentious, everyday cup.
