Shinsei “Matcha Omoi”

Matcha from Uji, Kyoto, is legit, so there’s no need to look further. This sake has a perfectly balanced sweetness, and it was originally created when they were thinking of making a yuzu-matcha product. Feast your eyes upon the satisfying, deep green color of the sediment that collects on the bottom. Try it with a splash of milk, or even mixed with their Shinsei “Yuzu Omoi.”
